Decent pub to go for a few drinks when you're in the area. Slightly less expensive than you might expect but still pricey anough to make you stick to the draught lagers. Staff are lovely and friendly and the place has a great vibe that makes you want to keep going back.
My only complaint would be the food. I ordered from their snack range (chicken goujons, squid rings etc) and found it to be very expensive for almost no food (£3.50 for 3 tiny chicken goujons!!)
Come for a friendly drink but avoid the over-priced food.

Love this pub! Friendly staff, cosy interior, decent selection of beers and spirits! Just round the corner from my house it's quickly become my local - I like to come here on a Sunday for roast dinner.

Ignore the dodgy exterior and step inside - the Urban Bar has a friendly and relaxed vibe and a reasonably priced (for the area) selection of drinks. Food is served until about 11pm, and there is an open mic night every Thursday and live music most weekends. Ingratiate yourself with the staff for free popcorn and plays on the jukebox!

An airy open space at the top, which may get warm quickly. Good to put on gigs, maybe the stage section is not the most appropriate for some partys. Apart from that, its nothing that great, I felt the crowd it attracts is not the most comfortable to be around.
