The food here is the real star. The booze is fairly run of the mill but any week day lunch is freshly cooked by a real chef and when it is not minus temperatures, we smokers can sit outside in a quiet area with just a few passing lawyers on their way back to chambers in Grays Inn. The staff know the meaning of the word service and although it is a bit quirky, if they ever do it up, expect a price rise but little else.. Frankly it remains a hidden gem just off High Holborn.
