Outdoor Area

Cinnamon Kitchen's adjoining cocktail bar, Anise, has been revamped and relaunched to become the place for after work cocktails in the City of London. Just a briefcase's throw from Liverpool Street in Devonshire Square, Anise now has its own entrance to become a decadent destination drinking den in its own right: inside, discerning drinkers and cocktail connoisseurs can expect similarly stylish, spice-infused cocktails as its predecessor, a menu of modern Indian bar snacks that draw on inspiration from the next-door best Indian restaurant - Cinnamon Kitchen and the kind sleek interiors that wouldn't look out of place in a glossy design mag.

More than just a waiting area

With its prime City location moments away from Liverpool Street and its own entrance separate from the restaurant, Anise is a very popular destination for after work drinks. Cocktails are mostly fruity or spiced, and small plates of things like tandoori salmon and chicken vindaloo sliders are on offer too.

Great drink, food, decor - even the occasional Happy Hour

Part of the acclaimed restaurant Cinnamon Kitchen, Anise is a destination bar in its own right. Cocktails are mostly fruity and exotic (spiced rum punch, Asian sour apple) and there is Indian food like tandoori chicken and lamb seekh kebabs.
