Have to say the shisha was very good but overall it's highly overpriced. Also be careful if you're opening a tab as they have a tendency to add random items to the bill. Happened to a friend of mine too.

I disagree with a previous post for beer prices as I paid for a pint of Foster £ 3.50 and a bottle of Wine £13.95 which is about average in this area and not west end prices. The starters of Chilli garlic was good the Tawa fish was very good as was the Murg Tandoori, the Main course needs to improve as the Rarha Gosht (Lamb) was very chewy the Methi chicken was ok and very different to the Methi Chicken I have eaten elsewhere Nan was good as well and Rice was rice and Tarka Dal was good as well. over all if I didn't order the Lamb I would give it 8 from 10 as it is I have given 6 from 10

The lounge is very disappointing. From the outside, it looks like a place you would want to enter to hang out in. However, once in, you quickly come to grips with their poor customer service, hidden 'service' charges and extortionate prices.
There was a random £2.50 surcharge at the paypoint for using a card to pay for shisha. We asked what this was for - they couldn't answer us. The shisha was tasteless costing about £15.00 and the drinks we ordered were ridiculously overpriced, reminiscent of central London club prices.
Overall, they need to work out their market and cater for it.

Nice settup. Poors service. Poor food. Went on a Sunday afternoon. 7 to 8 waiters. Only one serving outside in the garden. 2 having a smoke. 4 chatting inside. There were 3 to 4 tables with customers. Took ages for beers to be served. Food took 40 mins and was tasteless. Plates and cutlery came after food had arrived.condiments were brought to the table after asking 3 times and as were finishing our starters. Went inside as there were too many bees outside. Four waiters were still chatting, one was serving outside where there were about 15 customers. Get your act together.

An Indian restaurant (Carlton Lounge) with a shisha bar called Tiger Bay. We've experienced both the restaurant and Shisha areas.
The set up of the shisha lounge is welcoming- on a quiet day. Outdoor heaters are great. Calton Lounge is highly recommended for desserts... They are generous on portions. On busy nights they have lots of staff working but it takes a long time to get service. When you do, staff don't write down orders or they don't understand. We asked for the same thing 4 times and never recieved it. Food is good, shisha ok but service doesn't match, it's very poor.
