I walked into the Sutton Arms after hearing that the beer was good. I must admit the beer was ok but the staff were the most miserable bunch of people I have ever seen or had the misfortune to meet. I would not go there again! It seems as though they put profit before customer service! They even charged me for a box of matches when I had just bought a £30 round. A gold mine which could become a Diamond mine with the right management.
