The Old Red Lion Theatre Pub is one of the oldest establishments in London. Dating back to 1415, the Old Red Lion was rebuilt in 1899 and remains largely the same to this day. The decor inside is very warm and traditional and the theatre has an excellent reputation for staging brilliant off west-end theatre. The bar provides five real ales and a large selection of draft lagers, spirits and wine. The pub shows a lot of premiership football, including many 3pm Saturday games and is also the host to The Illustrated Game's "Comedy Commentary" event. On the first and third Sunday's of each month the pub plays host to live Irish music sessions from 8pm.
