Give me a break, please.

The previous review is talking about a Whistle and Flute I don't recognise. The staff changed this year and the new manager has rejuvenated the pub into a welcoming place with quality service, beer and food. I often have the burger which, I'm told, is handmade on the premises and is equal to any I've tasted from FBC or other specialist upmarket burger places.

Great for watching any sport, I enjoyed many world cup games there this summer or a drink with friends. There's also new activities like a most entertaining quiz (Mon) or a asausage an ale night (Thurs) with a staff double act taking the stage that makes this pub my first call in Putney.

Shameful Fullers pub. Dark and depressing interior with what looks like a table of hobos stationed in the corner. The manager seems more interested in his comics than his customers, no wonder the pub around the corner is doing so well. A blight on the high street, which is saying something!
