Brilliant place, good music and the beer is good value for money. If the Bar staff appear rude its because this is a very poular venue...I have always found the staff pretty good.

I go to the night 'stranger than paradise' at this venue which really makes the place for me. haven't been to any other nights at this venue yet though. The venue itself is quite big, very busy and lively, great if you want to have a drink and a dance with a big group of friends. main downside about the venue was the women in the toilet working there who tried to charge us for using the toilet and soap/basin! Other than that definately recommend the 'stranger than paradise night' it's a really fun mix of great bands and a little burlesque. average £3.40 for a pint of larger.

great place, great music ..... except i lost my camera and it was never found or handed in and i could never get through on the phone line - if you were there on 21st jan 2011 and found a canon camera there is a cash reward for your honesty - my memories are priceless, please get in touch 07776 327578
