I went there on the 30th of September 2011, one of the hottest days of the last few months. We went to the roof garden at 2:45 to be told at 2:55 that we had to leave because the roof garden closes at 3pm... eeeeeehhhh?? on such a hot day...? why? We then went downstairs to order some food, the girl in the bar was very rude and was rolling her eyes at every opportunity. The shephard's pie was awful, frozen food from Iceland supermarket quality. The aircon inside was set to 5 degrees and we literally froze while sitting inside. We got another drink and as soon as a table emptied we sat outside which was lovely on such a hot day. 15 minutes later and with our glasses still nearly full we were told that they have to collect the chairs at 4pm for some inexplicable reason. When I asked why and if it is possible to let us finish our drinks a poisonous waitress twisted her face and shouted that this is absolutely ridiculous and the she would call the police. We were speechless ...
This place should not be allowed to operate and thits stuff should have the right to be employed removed. Avoid at all costs
