Ok so you may just walk past this place as it looks like an old man's pub and once inside it still looks like an old man's pub but the vibe and people were good. Fast attentive bar staff, great music but the place was so busy I could hardly move. I'd still go again for the music. Wish they had more toilets too.
A lovely East End boozer in the quiet end of Curtain road. Perfect for afterwork drinks during the week with comfortable Chesterfield sofas, free jukebox, free WiFi etc. Gets very busy during the weekend with djs playing thursday-sunday. Upstairs room is available for hire. Perfect for birthdays, record launches, meetings etc.
Food is served mon-fri 12-3pm. Sunday lunches 3pm-late.Great sandwiches, hearty pies & Shoreditch tarts etc, all homemade!
