The Fabric Place

Completely ignored by staff who stood chatting at the far end of store while I searched for the blind I wanted and took to till. Waited over three minutes at the counter while they continued chatting. Put the blind back and took my custom elsewhere.
Suggest they improve their customer service, or at least notice when they've got one....

I have used the Fabric Place for years now and wouldnt go anywhere else. The service, both in the shop at Orpington and in my own home is excellent.
The choice of fabrics is brilliant too. A friend, on my recommendation used FP and her blind was ordered and fitted soi well.
