I wish I had read the previous review - I had some work done before and the electricians are good, the admin staff are a nightmare; maybe they are the owners as they just don’t seem to care and if they had bosses they wouldn’t have lasted so long; I have chased them without exaggeration maybe 50 or 60 times on a simple request to book someone in, get a quote them come back to do the work; I’m trying to give them business!; believe they overcharge; they never respond or if you get through they promise to get back to you but don’t, regardless of how politely you ask...the electricians should work for another firm; they are truly about the worse firm I have dealt with over the last few years

Technicians are brilliant but admin staff are rude and useless.
The service is appauling. I am still waiting for then to finish a pending job for 45 days now. They could not get their act together.
If you have 5 hours every day to chase them, then Baldwin is highly recommended.
