The chips were good, the staff were very liberal with vinegar which is always good. However, they burnt my fishcake - and only gave me one at that! I'm sure the sign said fishcakes. FishcakeSSSS plural. But, I'm being pedantic. The point is, literally, 80% of the fishcake had been burnt while deepfrying, and the one bit from the edge I could get at was a whole lot of spices that didn't even work well together. So, I had some of my sisters cod, which was, like another reviewer has commented, watery. But, the batter was quite nice, and as I said, the chips were good, which is the only reason I am not rating this chip shop lower. Also, no tomato sauce!

I feel violated and ripped off by this fish and chip shop. 'Stating it's the best fish and chip shop in london!

Within 2 minutes of ordering, my food was on the table. The fish was watery more batter than anything, chips were like wedges, indigestable, were not cooked properly.

Had an orange juice with this, and the price of cod and chips and orange juice was £15!! This is daylight robbery!!! would not recommend.
