Oncu Food Centre

Did shopping ,put in car,,,went back to buy a box of persimmons for family,, paid & eas taking box,,,but 2 men told me to take a box from another part,,,I looked & said one was missing,,, answer was we will give you one,,,noticed one or 2 seemed too soft, but did not want to open box packaging,,,,went back & man insisted I keep that box as other 2 boxes looked worse. I was tired & it didn't occur to me to ask them why I could not be allowed to take from stack where price & boxes were?????
After showing family box & realising store members were offloading bad boxes of persimmons for price of good box( £16),,,,well I definitely won't be going back there again. Shop would do better being good & honest to cus for the sake of customer retention.
Need I say more?
Pity
