I recently visited Aveda for a full head of highlights. The overall experience was good. My colourist was clearly an expert and did a great job. My only qualm was that he disappeared a few times, but I didn't mind because his advice was requested by other staff which was very reassuring! The staff were all lovely and the salon is really nice. They kept offering me water, it was a very hot day, so this was very thoughtful. It is an expensive salon but with your hair you want the best! My colourist was really polite and didn't chat the whole time-which I prefer! Perfect for a big change!

I was called in for a pre consult re colour and cut. Requiring time off work.
On the day of the appointment, the colourist wasn't there - but I hadn't been notified. I would have rescheduled as the replacement refused to do what had been discussed. The pre-consult was a waste of time. The cut was also completed at break neck speed and my (expensive) drink was taken away unfinished.I expect this isn't usual practice, but it was expensive and didn't deliver what had been discussed.

Just gotten on All in London to find Aveda Covent Garden's phone number and thought I'd stop to add a review as I've found it one of the best salons in central London. It is fab; very welcoming and friendly. You get a great cut and they treat you with great care. PLUS you get a lovely neck and shoulder rub too! Now my regular salon after years of floating around.

I had very poor service all-around at the Aveda in Marylebone twice in December and as a result, would not return to that location (they have since closed). I went to the Aveda at Covent Garden to give them one last chance. It was a FANTASTIC experience! Rosie at the front desk was amazing and made me feel welcome, Susann was brilliant with the colour and Anita did a fab blow out for me. The entire vibe at this location was so much better than the Aveda at Marylebone. I really felt my business was appreciated and the service was top rate from my arrival to my departure. I will definitely go back and happily spend my money there!
