Lloyds Pharmacy

I went to pick up a prescription from the Pharmacy for my wife. However they had gone to lunch from 1.30 to 2.30 pm. so the note said on the window. So I did a bit of shopping and came back at 2.32 pm. The place was still shut so I waited. At 2.50 pm they finally opened up again. I asked for my wife medicine they said the could not find it has the doctor sent it over. Yes on Monday. They then took my wife's details and eventually found it the the Spine ??? and it would take 10 minuets to get ready. By this time my patient had run out. I said why didn't you let people know you were going to come back late. Because we were to busy. My I suggest you find out a about this Spine as the two people in fount of me also had the same problem. I'm going now

Went to collect a prescription; queued for 10 minutes while counter staff gossiped. when I reached the counter the prescription was not ready; only standard stuff off the shelf painkillers; was going to take another 15 minutes; couldn't wait.
Absolutely no urgency.
Returned today and the shop is closed.

Why is their no notification that the Collier Row branch no longer opens on a Saturday? Needed prescription urgently and found the branch closed. Now having to ring 111 for help, disgraceful service from Lloyds.
