They could improve by giving refunds for the poor quality goods they sell.
I bought a winter jacket and after wearing it for only just over 3 months the zip had broken and the cuffs were fraying. I would suggest to anyone reading this not to shop here, its expensive and the quality of the goods is variable.

A pleasant enough shop but ultra expensive when compared with prices elsewhere. "Original prices" on sale items don't seem to bear any resemblance to RRP or from manufacturers directly. For example, I bought two pairs of Anatomic shoes only to find that had I bought them direct from Anatomic they would have cost £100 less and even the sale prices in Solo Uomo were considerably higher than the full price advertised by Anatomic themselves.
