I bought my ring here a couple of years back when I popped in with my fiancé. They sold me the most beautiful ring I'd seen which was very much in our budget. They were friendly enough.
Although after having the ring adjusted the stones were lose so we went up twice for adjustments. Then one fell out. The mood in the shop changed and we were treated appallingly. Emma was lovely on the phone but everybody else face to face were not. I cried and the money was thrown back at us without any other option or choice. Be careful if you have problems. Bad customer service on this day.

The best service, the best people, the best product, there is no other jeweler like it. Emma is wonderful and helped us find the perfect ring. thank you.. i would recommend to anyone, in fact id happily go the extra mile and tell my friends that they have to use Bedazzl.

My brother recommended Bedazzl to me when I told him I was planning to propose to my better half. From start to finish Emma was fantastic. There was no hard sell whatsoever, just expert advice and hard work. She acted as an invaluable sounding board for designs, liaised with the workshop to have the ring put together and sourced the perfect diamond for me. She really made the project her own and was clearly as delighted as I was when she saw how happy the ring has made my fiancée. I would recommend Bedazzl to anyone looking for a special piece of jewelry - it's a wonderful shop.

My Fiance got my beautiful engagement ring from Bedazzl and was over the moon with the service he received from very helpful and knowledgable staff.
My ring is absolutely stunning, the ring was made perfectly, they really listened to what my Fiance asked for.
I then went along with my husband to be to choose our wedding rings. Again, the service was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble, we didn't feel rushed or pushed and they seemed to really understand that we were making a big decision about the right rings for us. My partner and I visited this small family run jewellers just off Hatton Garden on Saturday (19/11/11) and we are so happy we did!! We visited a few others before landing at Bedazzl but didn't feel even nearly as comfortable in any of the other shops as we did here!! They couldn't have been more helpful and more caring, plus they are very knowledgeable about the products. We were served by Barbara (aka Mum) and her daughter Emma, both were lovely and we actually felt like part of the family. I actually proposed there and then, they then managed to get the ring sorted so we could take it away with us that day. They were so nice that we will be inviting them to our wedding as they shared our special moment with us and even went and got us a card whilst we had lunch!! They also said if we go back every year they will polish the ring and make it look like new, plus if we ever wanted to add to it they would only charge the price of the diamond!! They charge the same for platinum and white gold which is completely different to high street jewellers and our £1500 budget went a lot further!! It took a lot of persuading by others to go to Hatton Garden shopping for an engagement ring as I thought they would be well out of our price range, but as long as your straight with them and tell them your budget they will work with you to get the best for your money!!We were in there for the best part of 2 hours and never felt like we were a pain or taking up to much of their time, great business and lovely people, I highly recommend them!!
