I agree with the earlier comment. I do not usually write reviews. Same lady spoilt my eye brows and was so rude. I had my eyebrows done earlier from the same lady and when I came home I could see that they were not very neat but I let go, thinking it was one off but this time I can't help. Very upset :(. Very poor customer service. I am never going there again. Will not recommend any one to go there specially for eyebrows. Please get this lady trained....

Dear Reader,I think 1000 times before giving a negative comment.But this time I cant stop myself, the person who attended me is not fit to be a beautician.She treated me carelessly uttering offensive words also spoiled my eye brows.Always on 2ND chair with brownish hair.May be the rest of the team is good but not this person.I spent 2.50£ and later corrected my eyebrows in another parlour at East station spending 2£.Message : Pls treat customers well, u must b having a bad day but dont make our day bad!
