When you enter the delivery off the customer service is undispicable. The delivery drivers when delivering your package do not even give you 5 mins to get the door. A card through the letter box.
Another aspect of lately any order from out of the country always have custom duty, I order clothing and custom duty , so I return the package and give a reason why.
Managers really need to look into all of the above.

Stopped using SJS cycles as they use your delivery service ,and now again a delivery from RDG tools not received here because your delivery driver will not wait more than ten seconds for me to reach the door, why don`t you endeavour to get your drivers to do their jobs properly.
