Abbey Mills Thai Yoga Massage

Booked a massage for father's day. Arrive 15 mins before appointment as a courtesy. No-one arrived at opening time. Waited 30 mins before giving up and going elsewhere. Will not waste my time again. If you require massage i'd recommend somewhere that cares to open or even let people know if they are not going to turn up. Very disappointing, especially as it was a treat for a day we can't replace.

I've had a massage here three times now and I don't think I'll be able to go anywhere else.... The treatment area is spotlessly clean. The therapists are lovely and the massage is fantastic. Its a strong deep massage and really helps loosen up any sore or tight spots.

I've always been seen on time at my appointment time. Fabulous place!

Kept waiting for 15 minutes after my allotted appointment time. Someone finally emerged from the treatment area, to take in a different client who arrived after me. I don't know their appointment time. I explained I had waited too long and was leaving -no apology was offered. I have been here before and it's close to my home so would be a regular client, but I will take my business elsewhere in future as I was infuriated by their lack of concern or insight into the fact that you expect service of a certain standard when you are paying £45 for an hour treatment. Totally unimpressed!!
