Bad shop was in there to day had take some ink back that pay for was not right one would not give me my money back or change it I had buy new but they so bad at customer service would not gain there to buy again

It's a good shop, but a high majority of their products are totally overpriced such as their sketchbooks, paints etc. It's handy if you live local and quickly need to pick up some bits. As an art student, I would recommend to people to always check around different shops and online as you might find what you need at a lower price (if you have the time to do so);I get a majority of my equipment online.

I been going to this store for years. As an artist I need a lot of paper & tools & got from here! It looks as though the management has changed but not for the good.

I find the woman serving to be very rude and when asked a question she always responds rudely. The guys are helpful but it is only to sell! They do try to give discounts but I now found the same art paper and tools for almost half the price sold somewhere else!!
Overall they may have a lot of stuff but they are very rude & way over priced! I do not recommend them!

A really well stocked shop - very helpful staff - they've even found things for me in their store room if I've asked for something that isn't out on the shop floor. The student discount is great and I also have been offered discounts when either buying lots or if the packaging is slightly worn.

I was astounded by how rude the elderly white lady in the store was. I asked her for a piece of art equipment and evidently got the wrong name of it and was mocked in the shop in front of all the other clients. She was brusque and abrupt, disrespectful and unhelpful. I will never ever go back there again.

The Indian guys working were fine and just got on with their jobs. However I believe this horrible woman is the owner.

Don't go - there are plenty of other places that are better equipped and with nice staff.
