This might sound like a bit of a cliche but after visiting this branch of Richer Sounds to buy a new TV I left totally unsatisfied after the 'boys club' behind the till were more interested in other things than advising me.
I went to John Lewis and bought the exact same model I was interested in there. Be more helpful next time.
