Appalling service and terrible communication. Daily contact chasing me to pay them for a home demo but immediately afterwards communication dried up. Gave me an amp with a fault and suggested I’d caused it. Refused a refund but took the amp back “for checks” and ignored my communications ever since. Almost 4 months later I still have no explanation, no update and no sign of my money. STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO SHOP ELSEWHERE. It’s a shame as they stock great kit and I would have bought from them if they’d treated me like honestly and professionally. Dread to think what their aftersales must be like.
