We are a rehabilitation support operation which delivers an integrated training and support programme in partnership with Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service. The programme dramatically reduces reoffending.

The Clink Bakery opened in October 2022 at HMP Brixton, next door to our award-winning Clink Restaurant. The students are currently working towards gaining their City & Guilds NVQs in General and Professional Patisserie, which includes learning how to work with hot/cold desserts and puddings, pastry products as well as biscuits, cakes and sponge products.
