I can only agree with the first comment. Endless expensive phone calls, endless phone queueing, constant call centre buck-passing. Very polite but utterly useless. End result - achieved absolutely nothing!

TERRIBLE! I would never reccommend them ever so hard to deal with. opening a simple bank account was impossible. just so terrible
