I went to this bank once with to open an account they are ok bank but they need work quicker to open an sccount they at least need to take an hour or a hour and half not 2 hours it

I have attended the southall branch on 2 occasions, where i was helped to me needs. One of your staff a very nice lady called Laxmi help me with setting up india account also helped me with opening new Uk account and the app, password too. I was there again as i was having problem activating the uk card so i was also helped there too. And she explained everything in very easy way for future reference. I came out very happy and pleased. So I would recommend icic bank to everyone also 10/10 for laxmi for her passion to help customers and her smile. Many thanks once again
