the last two occasions that i visited the Ladies side i found them to be very polite and friendly and they did my hair just the way i wanted it. i would definitely recommend to a friend.

I went recently and the guy cutting my hair was very rude. Checking his phone, generally uninterested in doing his job.

I wouldn't have minded but the haircut was poor too.

I will not be going back as there are plenty of other places which offer a better service for the same price.

Am a regular customer on the Ladies side of hot shots.Lovely girls ,chatty if you are in a chatty mood .Always walk in and walk out with my hair done as I want it.
No frills like free coffees,but this is reflected in the price.

Worst barbers I have ever taken my son to! Unbelievably rude will never be going back. Tutted and huffed all the way though. Paid full price for a child's haircut which was terrible anyway. I could have done a better job with hedge trimmers!
