I have been using Reza's Barber's for years. It's a proper barber's shop, rather than a hairdresser, so the prices are excellent. I have just come from there, having had a hair-cut and a shave by Siya, one of the friendly, professional staff who work there. A hair-cut is only £12, and always done brilliantly. I can thoroughly recommend this business.
