I have used BDC twice in the last few months and cannot praise them enough. They are knowledgeable, friendly and know their products well. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to buy products for their bathroom.

The products available from BDC give such a good idea of what you cam do in your bathroom and on speaking to Mike he was able to explain what works well in reality rather than what it looks like in a showroom which is really important in a bathroom. Great products/prices/customer service. Well happy.

Awful customer service/after sales. I have had a extremely disappointing and frustrating experience of them which has cost me an enormous amount in terms of my time and effort. We are still awaiting £171 reimbursement from them (see below for details).
I have had issues with quite a few of the items i bought from them and have had endless difficulties getting help with this (every time being unable to reach anyone and waiting weeks for a response from the manager).
They did eventually offer to cover half of the cost of a shower enclosure which they sold us which did not fit the tray (which they also sold us). NB it took an enormous effort and a lot of my time to get them to agree to this, as they tried for some time to say that it was my/the builder's fault that this had happened.
Anyway, as they did eventually cover half of the cost, we decided to purchase a final towel rail from them. This was delivered in its packaging and we arranged for a plumber to come and install it. When the plumber came (8th June 2021), he unpackaged the towel rail after doing some preparatory work only to discover that the towel rail was damaged. The plumber's time was of course chargeable and we were invoiced for £171. The Bathroom Discount Centre arranged for the damaged towel rail to be collected and for a replacement to be sent out, but they have yet to reimburse us for this cost despite having been sent the invoice on 16th September. I have emailed and called several times a week and have either had a) no response or b) a response which shifts responsibility onto their supplier, rather than themselves i.e. the merchant who sold it to us.

Steve Mumford from BDC has been absolutely brilliant from design to purchase of products. His knowledge of brand options and willingness to find the right fit for our build with appreciation of budget has been absolutely outstanding. We will actually miss dealing with Steve when our build is complete!

I would say the service from start to finish has been extremely professional! Picking out my bathroom, was made super easy by Kate, she guided me through all the products within my price range with in depth knowledge of what she thought would be best suited to my needs!! Delivery was quick and efficient.
Would definitely recommend and won’t be looking to go elsewhere in the future, and ask for Kate as she’s very professional in her knowledge of all products and is always on hand to help you out with any problems

I had a great interaction with Bathroom Discount Center - We had a problem with a missing item and it was resolved quickly and fairly - Kate McDermott did some outstanding work to get this to happen and I'm grateful for her excellent work, I very highly recommend this business

When purchasing my new bathroom suite I found the staff at Bathroom Discount Centre to be both knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect.
I was advised which brands were deemed their top-sellers, and the of differences between there product range and why.
When I left there showroom on Munster Road I was reminded of just how knowledgeable and helpful in-store customer service can be.

When I asked the man about the basin he flatly told me that the basin was not a pedestal model - but it turned out to be just that.
It was cheap (in the end-of-line section at the back) and I suppose he just wanted shot of it because someone had broken the pedestal.
He also misled my Polish plumber, quoting a price for a WC which was much, much lower than what he then tried to charge when I gave him my credit card. This second thing might have been a genuine mistake, but in view of the basin episode I have my doubts.
I won’t be returning.

Linda and the team are knowledgeable about the products and helped us make suitable choices for our bespoke bathroom. They highlighted aspects to consider during fitting/installation to ensure there were no snags. We found the customer service exceptional and formed a smoother aspect of our house renovation.

We needed a small part for our bathroom to replace one that had broken, and spoke to Chantal. She could not have been more helpful; having established they did not have the part in stock she contacted their supplier and arranged the part to be dispatched to us in a few days, whilst keeping us informed throughout. So, very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.

Excellent selection and great prices at BDC, we got exactly what we were looking for. The salesman was very patient with me, great advice and now our bathroom looks amazing! Couldn't ask for a better service. Thank you BDC.

I was initially apprehensive about using bathroom discount centre in Fulham because of the reviews but after speaking to a very helpful young woman who put me through to a salesman called garylee all my worries were quashed. I have just completed the installation of my new bathroom and ensuite and couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend this place

I was sent here by my designer and was very hesitant about using this supplier after reading reviews. But once I visited and spoke to garylee all my concerns had gone, he is extremely knowledgeable in what I needed for my 3 bathroom renovation. I would highly recommend this company

I could not have received better, more professional or quicker service than I received from The Bathroom Discount Centre.
I soon found the right person to deal with over a quite complicated matter and she took complete control from start to finish and kept me closely advised of progress right up until the matter was concluded successfully.
I thoroughly recommend this merchant for all matters concerning bathrooms.

After waiting twenty five minutes for a member of staff to acknowledge I was there, I was rudely informed it was my fault that they ignored me as I didn't ask for help. So if you visit the store forget your manners and be rude and pushy like the member of staff. I'd spent my Bathroom Money with their competitors.

Very helpful staff in the beginning when buying - then it all falls apart. Orders being delayed although clearly stated the requirements and being promised delivery within a certain time. Then being lied to and kept waiting for delivery for several weeks. Would highly recommend avoiding this company. Not worth the hassle, there are too many other better companies in the area as I learned the hard way.

Wrong size products sold despite giving measurements to advisor. Only willing to take back minus 25% costs, despite this being their error and me only wanting to exchange for correct product. They should point out the 25% charge at time of purchase.

Staff unhelpful and rude, didn't know these types of places still exited.

Customer service very very poor. All the sales men are very rude and miserable. You feel like apologising for expecting the things you have paid good money for to arrive in one piece!

They can improve by offering pleasant customer service and understand that without customers, there is NO business.

Horrendous customer service in this shop - I would not go there every again. They are rude and obnoxious. Spend your money somewhere else where the people are nice. I was shouted and sworn at - not acceptable when the error is on their part in the first place.
