I made a recent purchase at Soap and Co in Westfield and was dissatisfied at the customer service while attempting to return a product.
I realized I didn’t want the hand cream the night after the purchase, while reading very negative reviews of toxic ingredients included.
The box was not opened at all and was in perfect condition.
I hoped to get my £65 back but the staff was very disrespectful and wouldn’t allow any returns. The security and police were involved and after reading the policy I should have gotten my money back.
But the store has yet to do so.
So I would never reccomend buying anything from this store because they are very good at selling you scammed products which you regret right after.
Westfield’s manager is looking into the store and I hope they will closed down soon

Soap & Co has over the last few months become my favorite haunt for beauty products. I have always refrained from experimenting with my old favorites, however things changed this March when I tried using the products from the Soap and Co brand. Their collection can increase the heartbeat of any girl looking to be her best.

The first product that I tried was the Body scrub and it simply was exotic. I felt so nice after using it that I tried a whole bunch of other products from Soap & Co. Every single product including the peeling mask is worth every penny you spend on them.
