Space NK Apothecary is a recent addition to the shopping scene and has achieved almost cult status in a very short time. The reason for this is that Space NK stocks a ranges of cosmetics and skin care that used to only be available abroad.

I decided to pop into this store after finishing my shift at work. I thought it would be a nice trip on my way to the station. Wrong. The staff completely ignored me, and one girl even stood right next to me to ask a lady who came in 2 min after me if she needed any help. I received no such service. Also at another counter I was looking at some NARS and she stood right in front of what I was looking at to serve yet another "wealthier looking" customer without even the courtesy to say excuse me. Feeling unwelcome I left soon after.

Staff are not friendly - they are rude and not willing to help! I love Space NK's products but this location is just not worth visiting, I work near this site but I would rather go to the Russell Sq location.I think the retail staff are too young and need to understand the importance of respecting customers!
