I bought a course of 6 micro dermabrasion sessions from Groupon. Staff are very nice, helpful, but they did try to sell me creams, serums, etc. I felt very uneasy about this at the first session, then put my foot down and informed them I have paid for my sessions and will not be buying any extras.
Very impressed with my IPL treatments so far, I've only had 3 for underarms/bikini and I can certainly notice the difference. I've been before for their micro dermabrasion facials and the girls were so professional and nice. They managed to talk me into trying this out,so glad I did.
I bought a groupon for ipl hair removal and it was really difficult to get appointments, the treatment was very rushed and did not work at all. Furthermore they have been trying to sell extra treatment on every appointment.
I was really disappointed not a good way to win new customers!!!

Just had a great dermabrasion facial at this salon at the weekend. Didn't realize the salon has been around for years, they are so professional but at the same time very friendly and has a nice laid back atmosphere. Will definitely be back for other girlie treats....
I bought a course of 6 microdermabrasion with Groupon. I can never get an appointment, and when i do i have to wait up to 5 weeks!! i can never get through on the phone. A snobby sour faced older lady manageress looked at me up and down when i went into the salon to book one in person and she still sent me away without booking a date promising she would phone me but she never did. not impressed at all.
I found this salon on the off chance when wondering through Whiteleys and what a find! The therapist I had was lovely (a nice South African lady) and I had the best manicure of my life - the varnish lasted a week which I was so impressed with. Have already booked to go back!
hadnt been to this salon before but will defiately return. although I live in the area I didnt know it excisted in Whiteleys so was suprised to hear they had been there for 20 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
