Pure Medi-Spa

Bought a voucher online for cleansing facial and shoulder massage. Whilst the facial wasn't too bad the therapist seemed as if she was in a hurry. The whole process was anything but relaxing. The massage was more of applying oil to my shoulder than actually a massage. The therapist in question was very cold, total lack of interest in what she was doing. I would describe the whole facial and massage as functional. Would not be going back or recommend it to anyone, voucher offer or not!

The service provided is excellent and the therapists are all very helpful and approachable. I will be going back for further treatments no doubt!

lovely girls and lovely salon very warm and welcoming although it was a bit busy they do have lovely sofas to wait on and the treatments are done so well its hard to find anything bad to say
love my eyebrow threading which i have just been introduced to,gives sucha neat line and just loving the fact i am fuzz free thanks to their laser, the girls explained everything throughtout and cant fault them.
had a lot of problems with other places being rude and not booking appointments in properly but here they even text your reminders and send offers regularly. very enjoyable on every visit

Visited this salon for a spray tan recently and was really pleased with the result. Therapist was extremely welcoming and very professional.

I love this place i am not one to normally write on these pages but i now have my mum and sister- in-law going here aswell ,
i ended up getting a groupon deal from them and normally never go back once the offer is over but it was such a relaxed place to go none of those pretentious receptionists, my therapist knew so much about the laser hair removal and i have now staerted having my nails done regularly here because they dont do any of the filing down of your nails and they look amazing
my mum is having a course of facials which she said she is really happy with

these days its hard to find somewhere that really gives good customer service
but if you are looking for a really good salon with reasonable prices and really good personalised service you have found it

I use Pure medispa regularly and find all the girls both friendly and knowledgeable,
It has such a relaxed atmosphere and i am always offered a cup of tea or coffee which I feel is all part of the customer service.
I love the fact they have regular monthly offers which they text and email out which means i can afford to treat myself regularly.
The Dr is always very approachable and has very good aftercare service with free consultations every week.
The clinic always give good advice regarding the most appropriate treatments and this helps me to get the best for my skin.

they have Guinot !!!!!! I love the hydrafemie facials they really give the face a work out and the girls here really give a good facial. nice premises and very friendly.free parking makes it even better

The staff at the clinic are really helpful and give great advice on what you need. Recently had some botox done, and was very impressed with the results. Having Asian skin, I wasn't sure what the result might be, but can safely say that I got so many compliments after the treatment! Well done Dr Shazia! I have recommended you to all my mates, and will be coming in soon for teeth whitening before I go on holiday!

I went Because i had been given a gift voucher for the PURE pamper package, and it really was 4 hours of bliss, the staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs and tailored certain aspects of the treatment to what i needed most, I felt very relaxed and felt they were giving me their full attention (i always hate it when the therapists are always looking at their phone or are chatting with each other and ignoring the customer)
There was a botox clinic going on alongside which seemed to be pretty busy and i was able to have a free consultation about skin peels with the Doctor, which was someting i have always been curious about, the nice thing was that it wasnt pushy or overselling and instead made me think abaout my own skin regime since i am always having facials but never relly know what i am trying to achieve.;)
Looking at their price list they seem to do everything and i would really reccomend this place for anyone in the london or essex area (one woman coming for botox came from Brighton and then had her teeth whitened aswell)
all in all a brilliant day and i will definitely be going back for more treatments cannot reccomend it highly enough (now all my friends and family are goign i get a discount for every friend i take aswell BONUS........and even better they have a loyalty card so as i spend i save points HAPPY DAYS
