Oval Beauty Clinic

I only go to Oval beauty clinic because the laser hair removal treatment.I know the technician from 2 years and when she moved to Oval I followed her. The lady is lovely and very professional.

The only reason I give 3stars only is not because the treatment I had. Was only because the receptionist was very rude to me and also every time I book appointment they never see me on time! It's always a problem and like I said the reception doesn't know how to deal with.

the girls was very nice and very professional. I did had problems to book my appointment online,the response took days then I finally call and the receptionist with very basic English book me in, the service at the reception wasn't warn enough to make me feel welcome.

My experience of waxing here has always been fantastic - I have recommended it to many of my friends and will continue to do so

This is the worst service I have ever experience at a salon. The facial is something to be feared- There was no luxury involved in the treatment at alll. My skin was steamed and then submitted to 30mins of squeezing and pinching, the most painful of which were small calcium deposits under my eyes- quite obviously not spots, that were attacked with everything from a needle to an electric shock.
The general running is also questionable with people walking in and out of your treatment rooms and one of the beauticians sons slumped next to you watching your pedicure in a fairly off puting manor.

I had a back exfoliate/massage that cost me £50 and I felt totally ripped-off. My appointment was in the morning, and their heating had not been on for long, so my back was exposed in a very cold room for an hour, and the assistant's attitude was not much warmer. She did not bother to use hot water to wipe my back, just ice cold water. The 'massage' was something she hurried through and did not leave me feeling relaxed. At one point she put a tower over my head to keep me warm!! This treatment was a birthday gift from someone, so that made it worse.

Good, efficient service. I have only had waxing done here but have always been happy with the result. Eliana is really good and cares about her customers.
