This was absolutely the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I asked for a simple trim, and I specified TWICE I didn’t want layers, but the hairdresser insisted. It was bad enough that she didn’t listen to me, but now I was getting short layers, when I said I only wanted an inch off. The bare minimum that I asked for was to be able to put my hair up into a ponytail, and now I can’t even do that, because I have extremely short and uneven layers. Currently searching online to try and find headbands that hide my hair, because this looks really, really bad.

They speak broken English. The male manager was very grumpy and the lady manager was even worse and aggressive after my complaint of my nails. The acrylic nails came out uneven and cheap quality. I had to go to the shop next door (pink Color) in order to get my nails fixed.

Worst shellac manicure I have ever received. The woman completing it seemed like she had never applied polish before and mid way through - another person had to step in and try and fix every nail. Whole experience took over an hour and a half and nails still looked awful when complete. Management was extremely rude and unapologetic. Don't waste your time or your money!!

This place is absolutely atrocious. I paid £30 for the worst acrylics I have ever had done.

They are uneven, bent to the side, different thicknesses. They're absolutely awful. I would not recommend this horrific and vile place. Genuinely.

Everyone in here is extremely rude, they're absolutely incompetent and I would never pay £30 for these horrific nails I have had done.

The salon is great & they provide great services. however the man that works on reception needs to work on his people skills he come across extremely argent and rude, makes the experience awkward.

Just want to say what a lovely job you have done in refurbishing the whole salon...it looks and feels very nice and pleasurable. The service is amazing and the pampering is 10/10. I found this salon online as it easy to find as the advertising is everywhere! I have recommended to all my girlfriends and they will surely thank me for this.

"After researching over the internet beauty and tanning salons in London and finding your website immediately on the top rankings, i gathered from this that it would be an ideal place to visit, especially with really good reviews. I asked my niece for her advice as she used to live in Earls court but has since moved up north. She was thrilled that I had found your salon and tells me that she travels back to London when she wants her full pampering (hair, waxing, manicure/pedicure and massage)as she says its tough but worth the journey

I never have thought that shellac manicure can look so horrible, but they proved me wrong. It took 2 hours and now my nails look like they were manicured and painted by a 5 year old!!! Actually it's my own mistake as previous time it was the same horrible experience, but I thought I give it a try one more time, as I live only 5 min away. I can't paint nails, but I do much better job!!! My cuticula is painted, gel is uneven, spotty. Disguising. Probably had to ask for a refund, but I'm just too polite. Never come back.

What can i say...thank you! From the friendly welcoming i received, throughout the treatments (swedish massage + manicure + pedicure) i had the cost was a drop in the ocean compared to other salons ive been to and the high quality pro service and friendliness has made me choose the salon ill be frequently pampering myself :)

I would like to say I have finally found a place where what you pay for is what you get. I booked myself in for a Swedish massage. I had read the 2 poor reviews on here so I a was a disappointed as I have had no complaints whatsoever nor has all my girlfriends who have been using their services for years now. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, fun and extremely professional and the products they use are lovely and of high salon quality. I left with a very smooth and soft skin, that glowed for weeks. Trust me im not selling their salon im simply reviewing my personal experience with them.

i thought the staff was very friendly when i went in for my first time, they were really helpful my hair cut and blow dry was excellent was very happy thankyou. staff were lovely recommended.

A welcome was non existent. When I asked the miserable man how long he recommend for my pale skin on the sun bed he told me I should know how long it takes and refused to give me any guidance I'm now red as a lobster,in pain &getting married in 3 days. Beware!

I visited this salon to get a Brazilian Keratin treatment through a KGB voucher , paid £45. When i went there the staff were ok. As soon as i gave them my voucher they started talking amongst themselves in their language and kept looking at me (not in a nice way). The hairdresser washed my hair very
