Awful customer service.

Therapist didn't turn up for the appointment which was booked and pre-paid.

Owner got my voicemails and emails but decided not to bother calling back to apologise or to arrange a refund.

Owner now refusing to arrange a refund immediately.

Do not use...do not trust!

I have been going to BR for some time and find the staff are always welcoming and very professional. I have been to other salons over the years and find BR is the best I have ever been too. I use only BR for all cosmetic needs as they are always looking for something new and better for their clients.

I have used BR over the past couple of years mainly for facials which are great and you really can see the difference they make.

I've always found the girls to be upbeat, happy and very professional. A great local salon, highly recommended!

This place is amazing. The treatments I've had are wonderful and I couldn't praise the beauty rehab girls enough - very professional but great fun too so it makes the entire visit a real treat retreat. I'd highly recommend it here.

The girls were lovely! I went in with horrendous acrylics from another nail bar and the girls were so kind and spent an hour and a quarter gently removing them for me! They had good advice and asked me to leave my nails to recover for a week rather than get shellac nails straight away! Completely trust them! Charged such a small amount for all their time! They were absolutely lovely too! Booked in for next week!

I have been a client of BR since it opened and I have to say how professional, welcoming, bright and helpful the staff are. The massages are fab, as are the facials, pedi's and mani's. Its's my favourite retreat in London for all my beauty needs. AND they do false eyelashes that look amazing!

I have been a client at Beauty Rehab since they first opened. Myself and my three daughters all go and have waxing, facials, massage and manicures. There service is exceptional and am always made to feel so welcome, They are all lovely and very professional. In my honest opinion I think they are well trained, consistant with their customer care and great at what they do.
Highly recommended.
