Serenity Nails & Beauty

I had a really great shellac treatment last summer so was happy to go back. The service was great. However, my shellac chipped that day and then continued to peel for the next 10 days until 6 nails were ruined. When I called they said they wouldn't refund me (even though I had photos) and would charge me to have them fixed. I was really disappointed with their response as had already made an appointment to come back in a month! When I asked to cancel the next appointment they didn't seem to care. Overall, good service when you're there but the quality of the treatment isn't worth the price

The most appalling service - time after time their staff has been rude. They've ruined my nails after their acrylic nails; I switched to shellac to give my nails a rest. They started peeling off after 2 days! They reluctantly changed them and warned they would charge me next time. They started peeling again 2 days after they fixed them - I've now had to go to another salon and pay the same again to get them fixed! I would not reccomend this salon to anyone - they have no idea about customer service and the quality is cheap. Not going back.

I agree, Serenity is a great salon with extremely friendly and efficient staff. Their prices are great and they will always make you feel welcome. I have regular pedicures here and they're always so great and their shellac mani is by far the best I've ever had as it was quick, well-priced and is the only shellac I've had that actually lasts and doesn't chip. It was rock solid for weeks. Thanks Serenity, I feel so lucky that you guys are my local beauty stop!
