Went once several years ago (when they were much busier than now) but did not return because staff did not even look at you, for the most part. When they did, they did not smile at all.
Decided to try again because good value so booked several days ahead for 2pm. When I arrived, there were only 3 staff in the large, spacious shop and none spoke much English (as far as I could tell). One was doing a manicure and the other 2 – without greeting me or even smiling - checked the bookings (mine was the only one that day), then glared at me and walked off.
I was completely ignored. Eventually I asked about the delay: the remaining one told me, without apology or even a smile, that they were having lunch!
After being ignored for more than 10 minutes, I walked out. Never again.
