Just love how Lyn and Amy give me the perfect Pedicure.
My feet were in an awful state...

Butchered my nails. Type of salon that uses drills. Cheap, but avoid if you don't want healthy nails long term.

the nails were done very well and they replicated the picture i showed them perfectly however the hygiene and cleanliness was not good, they don’t sterilise any equipment or clean any surfaces between different customers, nail salons should be clean especially as we’re in a pandemic, the staff were very rude, bossy and patronising and they don’t make any effort at all to chat to their clients and despite making a booking in the morning, i had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment after arriving, they change the prices of the nails for each client which is very unprofessional

My nails has lasted 7 weeks, I've never been to a nail salon where my nails can remain so lovely for longer than 2 weeks, absolutely would recommend !! P.s the staff are very friendly makes you feel at home x

I dropped in and they could do my shellac nails there and then. The shellac is amazing quality and its now 2.5 weeks on - not a chip and even with the nail growing they still look nice. I do a lot of manual work and normal polish only lasts me a day or so.
All in all a quick and efficient service and I will definitely go back - probably for a pedicure as well next time I get my nails done. It was very clean.
They do talk in their own language to each other whilst doing treatments but that doesn't bother me -but it might bother some.

Have been coming here for 10 years and have always had excelent service amd always offered tea or coffee and their equipment is kept steralised. Their shellac colours always last over a month. Very nice place. I recommend everyone should go there. So glad they ate still here best nail bar south of the river X

I will strongly recommend Elegance Nails. I have been coming here for over 10 years. After reading some negative reviews, I can confirm that the shop is clean. The staff are friendly and professional. There has never been one towel to share between customers. I believe the person who made that comment must of been in the wrong salon. Customer service is good and their equipment is steralised. I have never had a problem with anything. My nails are done to perfection and also my pedicures. As previously mentioned I would recommend this salon to anyone

Just came out of Elegance Nails but was not impressed at all! They were friendly enough when I walked in, but I could have done a better manicure myself!!
The lady asked how I wanted my nails shaped & I said round but they are rather pointed & lopsided. I also did not like the way she painted my nails where you can see my nail plates, if I wanted gaps with half paint & nail plate showing I would have asked my neighbours kid to do. Now sat here picking off the nail varnish around my fingers.

I keep going back because it is the best value for money I have found around the SW11 area.
An important consideration for me is hygiene, and all equipment is sterilised after each use.
The French Manicure is done to perfection - better than some Mayfair salons I have been to. All work is done impeccably and with care; I have never been disappointed whether it be mani, pedi, gel nails, or eyebrow tint and wax.
Some of the staff are not very chatty but all of them are extremely professional.

As a man getting a pedicure I have found them to be very pleasant and professional.
They don't engage with conversation which suits me fine. The offer magazines and a hot drink.
The men who work there are better as the are a bit more firmer when exfoliating the male foot.

I use this nail salon because of its convenient location.
The nails are ok better than doing it myself. Although they seriously lack customer service skills. The staff are quite rude. They barely speak to clients. They seem to charge a different rate each visit for the same job.

Hi i would like to start off by saying these guys were a life saver! i was in need of getting a mani and pedi done on a sunday and was recommended by a friend but never got my self to it since I had a local nail shop near by which sadly don't open on sundays.
anyways service was great i was greeted and offered tea and coffee, luckily it wasn't too busy and had my nails done right away. it was definitely value for money and i would highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again!

My last review of Elegance Nails seems to have been deleted, so I'll keep it brief...
Customer service 5/10 (aside from Ha for nails - 8/10)
Waxing 10/10 - quick and a great job
Shellac / Gelish 6/10 - could do with building gel as part of treatment, over buffing of nails have made mine weak and means I am having to have a break, before I have them redone, somewhere else

I felt compelled to write a review because it was one of the rudest services I had ever encountered. There is an older woman there who is very unfriendly and talked down to me like she was a headmistress. The pedicure bath looked dirty too. They left me waiting without switching the taps on.Not nice

My experience 23.5.12 mirrored that of review 7.2.10. Horrid. My 1st visit 3 wks earlier was fine, man gentle & pollite. But on 2nd visit a loose tip was just ripped off, I asked if this was usual & she freaked throwing equipment down, shouting, I was passed onto someone else. Unpleasant & painful.

I've been a customer for 8 months and have received excellent service from elegance nails staffs at all time. I always get pedicure with the colour and it last up 7/8 weeks so for that I would name it a perfect nail salon. My husband also get his manicure & pedicure done too.

I am a regular customer and have been coming here for 5 years. I have never experience any problems here, the staffs are exceptional, lovely and polite. The place is spotless and very clean! Elegance nails also give customers cuticle nipper for manicure/pedicure. I am a very happy customer and would recommend elegance nails to anybody.

this salon never steralize any equipment they use, from manicure/ pedicure equipments to the blades they use to do eye brows they sue the same to everyone without even washing. worried about health and safety. from skin deceases to AIDS!

Been there a few times, and just like the other comments i feel th same way, good job good value, and can attend you any time even without appointment, they don't talk too much but they are very nice people. I would recommend this to anyone.

I've been to Elegance Nails quite a few times now and I keep going back as it's good value for money and the work is pretty good - The manicure stays pretty much intact for 3/4 days and even after that it doesn't look too worn out!
However, I agree that they lack customer service and are quite cold. I don't care about that too much though - I once spent £30 on a manicure in a posh place with great customer service but the varnish chipped after 2 hours so I don't go to Elegance Nails for the 'experience', I do go there because they do a good job.

I have been to elegances nails a few times since Febuarary, the staff are friendly, and always offering hot drinks for the weather. the customer service is very good, they are very professional, explaining whats best suited for you. the salon is very hygienic compared to other salons i have been to in the area. i am a very happy client. i will come back all the time.

I had heard good things about Elegance Nails. My work colleague had gone there and she had beautiful acrylic nails put in. I went along to Elegance Nails on Saturday 7th Feb. It was the first time ever that I would be having my nails done and I was hoping for a bit of advice. Instead I recieved the worst customer service imaginable. The woman who was going to do my nails became vey annoyed with me just because I asked a few qestions. Her attitude was very much I'm tired, I don't care I just want to go home. She started talking angrily in her language to her colleague who was sitting next to her doing someone eleses nails. It was obviously about me as they kept looking over at me. I was obviously a "difficult" customer in her eyes. In the end she had her colleague finish my nails as she went off. In short there are a lot of businesses in an around Battersea that offer nail services that will have better customer service. If you want your nails done, I suggest you go to one of those places and avoid elegance nails.
