Vaishaly

I booked and paid in advance a personalised full body massage at Vaishaly as a birthday present for my husband. I informed the receptionist that the massage was for my husband and registered his name in fact and this is why I was most disappointed when he came back having received a back massage only for the entire 50 minutes (I was informed this to be the policy for men). Nobody thought to let me know when I booked and paid though.
After a complaint I got 20% off a future massage. I had the feeling to have been ripped off and I did not feel they were trying to make up for their mistake.

This is the best Clinic i have ever visited, and i have been to endless prestigious salons in my time. It is just a shame i can't see all the lovely girls there every week as i am so hooked on all treatments, Louise for massage, Stephanie does the best hot waxing in town and all the girls offer the best service anyone could wish for. My pure indulgence is seeing Vaishaly once a month ( I set aside a substantial amount out of my spending a month and put it down as "essential maintenance allowance") which my accountant hasn't cottoned on to yet!!

I must urge people to try for themselves and believe there are a few nasty people in this world who like to tarnish peoples hard earned reputation ( a certain amount of jealousy does come in to things i'm afraid.) I love this place and if you don't believe me try for yourself,

What a disgrace, I visited Vaishaly for one of her "famous" facials- and she scarred my skin so badly. The damages she has done to my skin is indescribable. Biggest regret of my life was to read magazine articles about her and try her out, it seems that all she has going for her is a good PR company but does not have a clue how to do a good facial. Complete waste of time and money.
In addition, her staff were absolutely disgusting. Very rude and arrogant. Even Vaishaly had a lot of attitude which doesn't help when you are working in the beauty sector. At the end of the day, she seems more concerned with maintaining her salons exclusivity then anything else.

Please please please, people- don't waste your time and money at Vaishaly Patel, learn from my regrets. You are better off visiting someone who is a professional rather than someone who is more concerned with having a photo-shoot for next months magazine.

Absolutely terrible.

I made an exxcellent review for Vaishaly last night, and I just want to say that it was suppose show 10 out of 10, not 5 out of 10!!!!!!

Vaishaly clinic offers the best treatments, best therapist, best receptionist (Eve), best service! and its spotless and clean! The experience from the moment you walk in to when you leave is second to none. Obviously you pay more to see Vaishaly but its not that much more! I've had a treatment with both herself and her girls and its money well spent with either! They all have amazing hands. Im happy to see her therapist if i cannot get a booking with the lady herself! I have been going now for nearly a year and everything has always been consistant. They make you feel so welcome, I feel its my second home! I have sent so many people there and they have all been very impessed. now they all go every month for facials, threading, waxing, massage, manicure/pedicure! This is the only place where everyone is excellent at what they do, and its all under one roof!

I was not too impressed with Vaishaly, her salon was over priced and I didn't like the fact that she charged more than her therapists. She is over rated if you ask me.
