Covent Garden Aesthetic Clinic

1. Extremely difficult to find this place. Extremely rude, nasty receptionist who is male, lacks interpersonal skills, bad attitude + blames customer for struggling to find the place, which is hidden away from view. Couldn't even provide accurate directions on the phone.
2. Due to struggling to find the place, while dealing with stress from the receptionist on the phone - when I arrived he ruthlessly took 15 minutes off my 1 hour time that l'd paid £200 for. Uncomfortable environment, very small, as in only one customer could fit in that place at a time. The front desk *is* the business itself, if the front desk is a nasty piece of work, unprofessional - then what does that say about their business? Left feeling ripped off, very upset.
3. Session was massively rushed.
Wasn't talked through properly, wasn't shown shade charts. Nothing at all. Just open the mouth, put gel on + wait. Felt like a rip off. Whitening isn't very effective so l have no idea where they get their images from.
4. For the price of teeth whitening, it is not worth it. The shade is perhaps one shade lighter after the process, but, the whitening kit they give is a gimmick, it also burns the inside of my mouth + gums.
Do not recommend.

Excellent customer service. Everything was explained and the staff is really professional , calm , attentive . I was a little nervous when I went there but the staff make me feel really comfortable .:)) I’m so happy with the results , my teeth are so much whiter. Highly recommend.

The Clinic was lovely and only a 5 minute walk from Covent Garden Tube.
I was greeted by my dentist who offered me a drink and a seat then when it was time for my appointment took me to the room explained everything to me in detail and answered all questions I asked. The procedure itself didn't hurt at all and I haven't had any sensitivity afterwards. My teeth are definitely whiter but not "Hollywood" which is good because I don't find that realistic either. The take home kit is great and easy to use, and have noticed my teeth getting whiter using this too. Overall I was very happy!

Purchased Groupon voucher.
Hardly any difference in shade after the treatment.
The home whitening kit was most uncomfortable and again made no difference.
Even though price reduction through Groupon, still a lot of money wasted.

Wasn't the easiest clinic to find as is hidden down a cobbled street, but I had a text from them with directions and when I followed these I found it (opposite Noel Coward theatre on St Martins Lane !!)

Excellent service from all members of staff, on the phone right through to my treatment on the day.
For me hygiene is really important and the clinic looked really well kept and clean.
My teeth were quite white anyway, but they looked really shiny and dare I say it, but celebrity white when I finished the treatment.
I had no sensitivity and the treatment was painless (bonus as I was worried about that, it was the new Zoom! Whitespeed Treatment.
Anyone looking for a clinic in central London, I highly recommend this one.

Visited Covent Garden Aesthetic Clinic Saturday morning, I had booked for a Zoom Whitespeed laser treatment and take home kit.
Found the receptionist Richard to be very charming and helpful and he helped fill out my forms and put any nerves to rest !!! Dumitru the dentist answered all my questions thoroughly, and I found the clinic space to be very clean and sterile looking. I was under the Zoom Whitespeed for about an hour, really, really happy with the results I went from an s18 to an s2 so 16 shades whiter !!!! :O)
Have a home kit which I will use to prolong the results.
Overall great value (I bought a 149 deal), friendly staff and a fantastic result.
Will return for sure when I need a top up !!!!
