Beauty Box

I went here as my usual place adara beauty was busy. I will not be going to beauty box again. Went for a full face wax..when they put the cooling gel on my face was burning next day notice I have had top layer of skin removed and scans appearing . Also spots have appeared on skin. I don't have sensitive skin and never had this issue at other places . Avoid or take the risk of problems after .

I’m giving 5 stars to Nidi who did mine and my mums eyebrows with threading excellent and quick service she was so friendly and it didn’t feel painful at all … highly recommend her for this !!

They have no social media account and are not on Google maps so no one can review them publicly.

They often do an okay job but this is the second time that the lady has completed cut and peeled off my skin on my eyelid. Its extremely painful and theres no way to complain.

Not planning to go there again.

Went to get eyelash extensions and they fell out within an hour then went back and the lady said I need to pay 50% instead to get them done and did them again and the same issue was faced within less than a day and they ripped out all my natural eyelashes. Messaged her and she was not helpful and said to get the expensive lashes done regardless of the previous two falling out within no time of doing them and ripping out my real lashes. More about money than a great service so wouldn't recommend them.

Visited today with my partner. Worst experience ever one of the ladies refused to do our eyebrows because we are two gay men.
The lady who did mine did not listen at all and totally destroyed my eyebrows when I showed her where to wax to make sure. She started to row and say I was wrong and totally disrespectful.They should not be allowed to operate

worst beauty salon i’ve ever been to. got eyelash extensions and they ripped out all my natural eyelashes. would definitely NOT recommend.
