my appointment with the beautician she could not speak or understand english, no matter how much I tried I couldn't get her 2 understand that the wax was not hot, she kept saying it is hot wax.Yes but it is not hot so I asked her to try it on her arm 2 see its not hot this didn't work either so I asked for an english speaking beautician a new lady came in this time her english was poor, She kept saying it is Hot wax YES it is called Hot wax but it is not hot the wax balls were still a solid ! So I came out &and asked 2 speak 2 a manager no hes not in could u contact him plz oh no he's on holiday so I said I will be back in 30mins when the wax is hot & I asked 2 see the 2 beauticians qualification certs when I returned (no certificates are displayed in this salon which is illegal) suddenly I get a call from "the manager" who again said its hot wax I explain but it is not hot !!! he then told me I was being rude to him ! I have concerns that the beauticians in this salon ARE NOT QUALIFIED
