Beauty at Slade

My experience at this salon was extremely disappointing. I felt deceived by the pricing, which was inconsistent with what was advertised on their website. I went in for a BIAB infill, which was listed as £22, but was charged £40. They initially tried to charge me £45.
Furthermore, the quality of service was subpar. My nails were not done properly, and the staff seemed to lack adequate training. I even saw them botching a hair trim, leaving the customer looking worse than before.
The environment was also quite uncomfortable, with the temperature so low that the staff had to wear scarves. I noticed a similar complaint from another customer on Treatwell, suggesting that my experience was not an isolated incident. I feel strongly that I am owed a refund of £18, and I will continue to share my experiences and warn others about this establishment until I receive it. I strongly advise against patronising this salon.
