Fine Nails & Beauty Salon

Went to the salon for a couple of treatments including a facial. Am not happy at all and was ripped off.

Was kept waiting for half an hour when I arrived even though I had an appointment. During the facial the beautician kept leaving the room for various reasons such as phone calls and working on other clients. At one point she left me alone for 15 minutes as she forgot about me. Halfway through the facial she told me she cannot do the facial I had ordered as my skin needs more intense treatment. I agreed to go for the one she recommended, which was more expensive. The only thing that was different was that she used a different face cream rather than a whole different treatment. The facial itself was not done properly at all.

When I went to pay, I was charged double the prices they had on their website. They explained that the web prices are their old prices, and they did not have a price list to give me to show me their new ones. Complete rip off.
