I don't write reviews for nothing if am honest no time for that but today I decided to do so I had today lip filler her name was Kavita amazing service pilot staff so happy with result definitely am going back again.

Fantastic found a local place that has IPL ellipse laser, great results. lovely service, down to earth people and bloody reasonable price compared to so many places scamming customers charging ridiculously high prices. Oh and so glad they have endermologie slimming- love this treatment it's like a nice massage with a machine, at the same time you are loosing weight- horray!
I feel I can go there for all my beauty treatments and get all I need done which is so much better than going from one place to another. They also do aesthetic stuff like semi permanent make up etc. I recommend going:-)

I am having a course of endermologie slimming treatment here.
I got a very good package offer compared to other salons that use the same machine. The therapist is very thorough with the treatment I am seeing great results. I had a course of this in a salon in Central london charging so much more and offering the same. I will definitely book another course and have also recommended my friends. The place is clean and nicely decorated. I like the feel of the salon as it is not pretentious and I feel comfortable. There are also nice food places in the high street.

Absolutely the worst customer service, professionalism and ability to communicate.

Very rude unhelpful manager who was too busy getting her own treatment done and did not like being interrupted and took her frustration out on me as a customer.

Looks like such a nice quality place from outside but is not anything like this inside. Is actually a seedy low quality establishment.

I was quite impressed by the service I received at this fine establishment. I live not very far and friends in the neighbourhood have been mentioning to me how great the place was. Having visited the place, I know now what all the fuss was about. The staff are very professional and the service and treatment they provided me with was brilliant. I'm now hooked.

I totally disagree with the above review, in fact even the factual information is wrong. The salon is near the tube station it is a short walk and the closest station is not cannons park but it is stanmore so maybe that is why you did not find it close for you. Also the salon is nicely done i think the staff are friendly and went out of there way to help me when I did not have change for parking, one of the therapists came and gave me change for the machine to park. I have cancelled my appointment 3 times due to childcare reasons but they have been accomodating about re-scheduling the appointments. They give really good offers on courses cheaper than central London and have the same machines, I had laser hair removal treatment and endermologie LPG. The therapist asked if I would like a drink and showed me where the toilets were the first time I went there which was professional and welcoming. Whilst I waited for my appointment to begin another therapist spoke with me about general things. They have a beautiful fish tank in the waiting area, this brings a calming atmosphere to the place and is great to look at. If I read the review above I would not go there but actually I have been there which shows do not believe everything you read. I now believe try it for yourself before faulting it!

I had 3 full courses of LPG ,which was 10-15 sessions each, before La Mirage and it was with another wonderful salon. However I made a huge mistake and bought a package for LPG ednermologie from this salon. The salon is more further away from the tube station that it is advertised.
The salon itself is very standard and the treatment's room have no special lighting, music or aromatic relaxing vibe. The owner lady is very cruel with appointments and she cuts your appointments short if you are 5 mins late. I had only 5 session booked with her that I paid in advance and she change/cancelled my appointments 4 times!!! Her excuse was that I bought this deal as a reduced deal so she didn't care to treat me with any respect. They never welcome you in a nice manner, it's always like a chore :-( This was meant to be a relaxing treatment and it turned out to be s stressful.
I thought it was a good value for money but I'd rather pay a little more and have some dignity. The overal experience was very stressful and unpleasant I feel abused as I actually paid to have this treamants done but I got treated like rubbish.
