Not everyone has the same experience but I had the worst one because they delivered the wrong foot board and expected me to come back from Peterborough and drop it off at their shop in harrow.The worst thing is they charged me for the raised foot board and gave me some other customers foot board. There was a so called manager who likes to raise his voice over the phone, when they made a mistake which they didn't want to sort it out as a reputable business would but they didn't, and when I went back to the store to ask who it was that spoke in such a way, upon which he hides in his little office in the back, absolutely shocking. Also they don't mention in the receipt of the contents bought, just the price as they try to con you if you were to have a problem. My advise is to look somewhere else, don't make the same mistake I made !
