The service received from this store was NOT at all helpful. I purchased a bunk bed just before Christmas 2021. When it was delivered a week later - the man in the store who attended my home to carry out assembly did a very BAD JOB of it.
Screws were missing in several areas, the ladder was un-safe which when I re-attended to complain about it, I was just been filled with stories about the supplier will be available in a few days time. A screw to the bottom bed was inserted so badly that it pertruded through to the other end causing a larger hole and lodged in the bed frame.
As of February 2022 - still no word or phone call from the store.
I WILL STRONGLY NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS STORE TO ANYONE!!!
