Amazing customer service! Super Fast delivery and they fitted in the sofa and removed my old sofas for a small fee

Unfortunately, after paying cash in store for a three piece suite and being given a delivery time and date World of Beds have not kept to their part of the agreement.

After taking a day of work, and four phone calls, seems like they had no intention of honouring their commitment (!). It is now eight o clock in the evening and no sign of my goods, just spurious excuses. E.g Delivery van had to unexpectectedly go to Birmingham!! - before going to the warehouse to collect my order.

Will be going back to shop in the morning to get my cash back and place an order with a reputable company.

My advice is do not use this comapny.
